2020! Wow where to start right. It’s been a heck of a year. So so many emotions, some emptiness, lots of frustration and confusion but also lots of laughter. I tell you I don’t understand it myself. It’s crazy.

Guess what though… Christmas is almost here! Now I don’t know how you usually do it but here’s the thing. I feel that Christmas in the year 2020 will be like no other. We have so much to celebrate so much to cry about and definitely so many experiences past to joke about. There’s the politics then the shake from Corona and so much more. Laughter makes light of a heavy heart and gives you a breath of fresh air from all the strangeness happening.

To be alive today is a testimony to God’s mercy. The days have gone by and I feel like I cannot account for most of them. It is almost like I just sailed through the year like a zombie. Somehow I feel more hopeful for the days ahead and I know you see it too.

This is going to be Zigzag Magazine’s first Christmas and it couldn’t get any better than this. We will be taking Christmas 2020 to Tororo District. I have mixed feelings but those are always the best kind for me going into an activity because then I will be open to almost anything.

Ps: Please share with us your Christmas. We would just love to celebrate with you.

I know some may not even know what Christmas will look like but hey we can celebrate it together. This Christmas will be shared all over the world. The love of God that created for us a second chance at life.

So no matter who you are and where you are, Christmas 2020 is here for you and if your overwhelmed and just can’t see it as a beautiful day maybe because of all we’ve been through that’s okay… just take one breath at a time and know that there is a God and he is a Rock that you can lean on.
